We understand that this is a difficult posting. It concerns the subject of Laura Elizabeth Richard who has been married several times and has had numerous surnames or possibly aliases. Her maiden name is Laura Kuchta. She has been known as Laura Carter, Laura Smith, Laura Mann and Laura Richard. Her online usernames on Twitter are @richardlaurae, @lilaubiegirl, @pipplesqweak.
Ms. Richard has many supporters who refuse to believe the truth regarding her and they ardently defend her. She has in fact done what a good con artist does. Ingratiate them self to the people they are deceiving and surround them self with defenders. There are many types of extortion games and the majority involve the elderly. They are easy 'marks' for many reasons. Some are lonely. Some are kind hearted and wish to help others. Laura Richard uses in particular a variation of the Grand Parent Scam. Here are a few excerpts from one of the articles posted below.
Her supporters know that it is true that she runs something called #gamenite on Twitter. Under the innocent request of sending prizes Laura asks for the winners addresses. Then she has the beginning of what she needs to locate a victim. Taking that information she can research each person and discover their financial resources. It is not difficult to do. Especially when the information has so willingly been handed over to her.
There is a psychology to those like Laura Richard. Also a certain type of victimology is most likely. We will post some of the links here concerning those subjects and hopefully it will help the individuals who support her to ascertain the truth.

Laura Elizabeth Richard is known by numerous aliases.
There were also criminal charges brought which were not prosecuted because instead the remedy chosen was that her license to practice nursing be taken from her. Here Is a pertinent portion of the SC Board of Nursing's decision.
Her license was never reinstated and in fact she should not claim in any way to be a retired nurse. As you should notice readers, she was charged with OBTAINING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES BY FRAUD. So we would guess that her disability is drug addiction and not all of the other illnesses she claims. We thank the individual who knew of her history and brought it to our attention so we could uncover the documentation.
We also have uncovered other criminal records for Laura Richard. One in particular we believe her supporters will find very upsetting. Laura has become a part of the animal/pet support community. She belongs to groups on Twitter that support different types of dogs, etc.On Facebook as well. She even talks in "dog talk" and so do some of the other group members. Animal lovers are good and kind people for the most part and who might become easy targets for someone like her. One of the screenshots posted above of the Grand Parent Scam says it best. That the con artist uses one of the person's most reliable asset, their heart. People like Laura prey on those who are kind, compassionate and empathetic.
Laura has done just that in choosing her prey but she is not quite so kind to animals herself. See the following court disposition involving her. Again from when she was known as Laura Mann. This is an official court record from the State of SC which can also be checked by anyone who chooses. Laura Richard when still Laura Mann engaged in ill treatment of animals and was found guilty of that offense. She failed to appear and had bench warrants issued for her arrest. Only a truly bad person abuses an animal and these charges say more than one animal. Yet Laura continually asks for money to pay for veterinary bills? Why do her pets have so many issues that require care? Everyone who donates to her should be seriously rethinking and reconsidering what they are doing. When confronted with the amount of money she has received from one person in particular Laura lies about it and the individual defends her. Which is not uncommon. Most victims of flimflam artists either do not want to admit they are being extorted, don't believe they are, or are afraid to report it. It can be a very sad and confusing situation. But the person being conned needs to realize that people care and do not want them to keep being financially abused by a totally undeserving, selfish, criminal who only cares for themselves in reality. Especially considering that her actions which were considered FRAUD go back to 2003. So is she not defrauding people now with repeated excuses for needing funds? We truly believe so. She has lied many, many times and in our second post we will expose them all.
What is next we are truly sorry that we had to do. We hope the individual who is being conned understands our desire is to stop Laura Richard from cheating anyone else and to eventually see her face justice in the courts once again. All of our information is also being sent to the local, state and federal authorities. But investigations take time and it is important that she be exposed in the public square so she can not continue to con people or find new victims who are unaware of her criminality.
This particular victim who is the same person as from the tattoo episode, she thanks for giving her teeth and that it cost 10K. Then when we question that large amount she says she never received 10K. Whether the dentist received it or she did, it still benefited her. So then we have the truth from the individual she has been conning. Shari has given Laura over 25 thousand dollars and admits it in a text message.
That fits perfectly with the Grand Parent Scam don't tell anyone and so forth. But Shari confided in someone who is a wonderful friend to her and had good reason to be gravely concerned. 25K just from one individual. There are other donors which concern us as well. A man gave her a large donation of dog food. Others have given in the hundreds of dollars. We have a great deal more information and untruths to expose in our second posting concerning her and donations. We have kept all the lies and contradictions posted in SS.
Next we will post all of her personal information that we have to ensure people know who they are dealing with. Also who to sue if they are conned by her. We will as well post the personal information of her supporters when we locate them. Why? Because they are enablers of Laura Richard's criminal behavior. They all belong to groups that she belongs to. When she's asking for money constantly for false reasons we believe her defenders are saying what a good person she is, what a hard time she's had and so forth. Newcomers will then donate to her. It also opens the way for her to find new marks to con. So those individuals who aid her illegal pursuits must also be known. As well as the groups she and they belong to. It is an unfortunate necessity to curtail a criminal.

This is just the beginning post. We have at least one more possibly two more as there is a great deal of information. We considered it important however to put up a preliminary posting. As we type Laura continues to influence the unwary and separate them from their funds. We will lay out a deliberative case showing that Laura Richard has a long history of being a con artist and engaging in fraud. As people complained we had no evidence, it was sought out and discovered. Now the evidence of documents can not be ignored. This is our starting point not the ending salvo. It represents her past activities going back many years and continuing into the present. We hope those who support her read this with an open mind. We will continue onward exposing Laura Richard until legal action is finally taken by the authorities or she completely stops her activities in doing harm to innocent people. And she does do harm. The individual who gave her 25K has a husband who just retired from our understanding. Who worked hard to own and run his own business. Why should he be giving the fruits of that hard labor to someone so undeserving? Someone with a criminal history in fact. (Not all as yet posted) There are many hard working poor people who need help. Animal shelters all over the country in desperate need of supplies and funds. That couple could find much better use for their charitable inclinations than Laura Richard who only takes and does not give. Also in retirement there is nothing wrong with taking a long, wonderful vacation together.
